At Maroque we are very committed to giving the best customer service possible and we send a questionnaire out to our customers about a month after they have purchased from us.

The website is very easy to use with a good selection of products and it gives the right amount of info for the products. Ordering is simple too. Firstly we liked your web site and founding searching it for a suitable lantern straight forward. Having large images of the items made our choice much easier and is commended. We wondered how it would be packed, but the copious amounts of bubble wrap protected it well and it was delievered quickly. All in all the 'purchasing experience' was excellent and the inclusion of a handwritten note with the lantern added the personal touch.

We were very happy with all aspects of the service. From the ease of the use of the website to the prompt delivery of the product. We thought the information on the site about the products was excellent. We really liked the little hand written note in the package thanking us for the purchase...it was very personal and a lovely touch. We also appreciated the information sent through about the product (we bought a tagine), it was a gift for someone else and they had not heard of one before so this was very helpful.
