Cardamom coffee (a traditional recipe)

You will need a stove-top espresso maker.

espresso ground coffee 2 cardamom pods per person, lightly crushed

1. Put the cardamom pods with the ground coffee, and make the espresso as normal.

Makes 4-6, depending on the espresso maker
